Partnership Standards
Nordon partners are not transactional referral networks. They are specialists whose work is complementary to ours and whose standards meet the bar our clients expect. We vet every partner the same way we evaluate data: we look at the evidence.

Partners must have an established, verifiable reputation in the senior housing capital market. We check reviews, speak to clients, and look at the work.

We work with people who put the investor's interest first. If there is any ambiguity about whose side a potential partner is on, that is not our kind of partner.

Partners serve clients in areas where Nordon does not operate: legal, financial, operational, or capital structuring. We do not partner with firms that do what we do.
Partnership applications are reviewed quarterly. We respond to every inquiry personally.
