Independence
Nordon's principals also lead CCR Growth, a senior living growth and revenue firm that serves operators. The two firms operate under separate engagement teams, separate client confidentiality boundaries, and a structural firewall: CCR Growth does not work with Nordon's diagnostic clients, and Nordon does not work with CCR Growth's operator clients. This separation is what allows Nordon to remain investor-side only in fact, not only in name. Full disclosure of the affiliation is provided in every Nordon engagement letter.
